Dial Up Internet Bites

The girls and I have been in Texas for a little more than 24 hours and this is my first attempt at getting online - afterall - my parents live so far out in the boonies that dial up internet is their only option. Oh how this is testing my patience. It also makes me really think, mull over and rethink any internet purchases I was thinking of making...seeing how it takes minutes to navigate from one page to the next. By the time I get to the "confirm your purchase" page, I've already changed my mind and decided I either don't need it, don't want it, or don't have time to wait any longer!
